Your child MUST bring the Student Behavior Assessment Record (S-BAR) to class every week. Please remember that you must sign your name AFTER viewing your child's score - do not pre-sign your name before a score has been given.

Homework MUST be stapled or paper clipped and have the student's first and last name written on the first page.
